Terms for Subscriptions
By purchasing a diffuser at half off, you agree to a recurring monthly subscription fee at the current monthly subscription rate of $59.40 for an 8 oz. and $95.40 for a 16 oz. bottle of oil for 12 months. If a sale occurs with an additional percentage off of the subscription oil it will only apply to that first purchase. The original subscription price will revert back the next month and each additional month thereafter. If you purchase your diffuser at full price, you are NOT required to have a 12-month oil subscription. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription after 12 consecutive months of purchases for those who purchased a diffuser machine at half off. You are subject to the terms of our cancellation policy. AUTOMATIC MONTHLY RENEWAL TERMS: Once you subscribe, we will automatically process your monthly subscription fee in the next billing cycle. Thomas Blonde will continue to automatically process your monthly subscription fee each month at the current monthly subscription rate, until you cancel your subscription in 12-months. Not fulfilling your 12-month subscription obligation gives Thomas Blonde the right to charge full retail cost of diffuser. This agreement is an electronic contract that sets out legally binding terms of this subscription program. This action creates an electronic signature that has the same legal force and effects as a handwritten signature.
