Shipping Policy

Each new order at Thomas Blonde will be shipped in the most timely manner possible. Below, you will find our shipping policies for wholesale and retail customers.

Shipping and Handling Charges for Wholesale:

Costs are based on weight of the shipment and determined at the time of shipping.

Retail Shipping Information:
Please allow 2-5 business days of processing time before leaving our shipping facilities.

Ground Shipping:

• A physical street address is required for delivery.

Please note that orders shipping UPS Ground may take 3-5 business days to process before shipping from our facility.

• New Year’s Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• The day after Thanksgiving
• Christmas Eve Day
• Christmas Day
• New Year’s Eve Day
• New Year’s Day

What if I place my order on a holiday or weekend?
All orders placed over the weekend are received the following Monday. Please allow 2-3 additional days for order confirmation.
Thomas Blonde offices and shipping department will be closed on certain holidays. Orders submitted on these days will not be processed until the next open business day.


Wholesale Shipping Information:

• All orders ship from our facility in Oklahoma City Orders will be shipped via UPS Monday - Friday.
• Shipping times vary depending on product availability.
• Due to the nature of our products, we try to limit the time spent in warmer climates, particularly in summer months. Candles simply do not survive shipping over a weekend during the height of summer. Thomas Blonde reserves the right to delay shipping without notice.
• Thomas Blonde will ship only to residential or business addresses, no P.O. Boxes.
